The noise from the trains is unbearable!!! There's a total lack of reception which feels impersonal, and how about updating the small TV in the Carriage building to something larger?

Stayed here for one night and had a great time, we couldn't recommend more this hotel. The room was brand-new and well priced with a seating area, a work desk and a fireplace. The staff was accommodating during our whole stay: )

lack of upgrade

Oh what a shame! The noise from the trains was louder than my personal alarm clock. It woudl ve been nice to recive some sort of upgrade or complimentary gesture since i was treated as just another face in the crowd. I thought about giving a great review, but just couldn't.

Stayed at mac for a romantic date night and it exceeded my expectations! The nautical room was cozy with a warm fireplace. Enjoyed the clean, comfortable bed and coffee in the morning too.

The room was really nice and well-decorated, with a small kitchen that was perfect for preparing meals .

The Beautiful Queen Room was super cozy with an amazing bed! Loved the soft sheets and that warm, homey vibe. Coffee in the morning was a nice touch too. Everything's close by. Room was clean with good amenities like the air conditioning and kitchenette. Perfect for a solo traveler!

I like staying here when I am in Richmond. It's a fabulous base for sightseeing and exploring Richmond. 3. the location is quiet and in the middle of Jackson. 4. It is close enough to restaurants and stores, a nice area of town.
